Due to strict food safety regulations and the risk of spoilage, all food and perishable items are final sale. We cannot accept physical returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has left our facility, as items cannot be restocked or resold safely.

1. All Sales Final for Perishables
Due to the perishable nature of our products and health and safety standards, all food items, beverages, and perishable merchandise are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a package leaves our facility, it cannot be returned to inventory.
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Goods
While physical items cannot be returned, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your order arrives spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by reaching out to our support team at sales@tatlongitlog.com
To help us resolve the issue swiftly, please provide:
- Your exact order number.
- Clear photographs showing the damage, spoilage, or incorrect items.
3. Resolution Process
Valid claims reported within the 48-hour window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will issue a replacement rather than a cash refund.
4. Exceptions and Liability
We are not responsible for spoilage or damage resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Packages left unattended upon delivery.
- Packages refused upon initial delivery attempt
